Skinny watermelon mojitos

Ingredients

  • 4 2x2 chunks fresh watermelon
  • 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
  • 4-6 mint leaves
  • 1.5 oz rum
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Lime bubbly water, to pour on top

Directions

  1. Muddle mint, sugar, and lime in a cocktail shaker until mashed. Once mashed, muddle in a melon. 
  2. In a shaker, shake the cocktail and strain it into a glass with rice. 
  3. Fill with ice and top it off with bubbly water. Garnish with mint and watermelon. Enjoy!
