Spicy chipotle chicken marinade
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 lime (to be juiced)
- 2 tablespoons minced chipotle in adobo sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Mix the marinade ingredients in a large freezer bag set into a bowl. Add one pound skinless boneless chicken breasts. Squeeze out all of the air and seal. Freeze for up to three months.
- When ready to eat, thaw in the fridge overnight and grill or bake until cooked. Discard marinade.
