2 pounds ground pork

2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

2 teaspoons garlic powder

2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1.5 cups apricot jam

3 tablespoons dijon mustard

1/4 cup hot sauce

Chopped parsley to garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- In a bowl mix together pork, salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, and worcestershire sauce. Form into 30 meatballs and evenly space out on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping once to ensure all sides have browned, and the meatballs have cooked through to the middle.
- To prepare sauce, add apricot jam, dijon mustard, hot sauce to a deep pot. Heat on medium until hot and bubbly, and season with salt to taste.
- Place meatballs in sauce, and toss to coat. Arrange on a platter and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Enjoy! :)
