Strawberry smash
Ingredients
- 44 milliliters gin
- 15 milliliters lemon juice
- 2 to 3 ripe, clean strawberries
- 15 milliliters lemon juice
Directions
- Take a muddler or rolling pin (or the back of a spoon works) and clean and mash two to three strawberries up in the bottom of a glass.
- Add gin, lemon juice and some ice.
- Stir all that around until it’s mixed up. TIP: You don’t need much lemon here because strawberries can be a little tart!
