1 teaspoon of Mitmita spice (Mitmita spice is an Ethiopian blend of chilli spice and cardamom)
Directions
In a large bowl mix the raw pecans, almonds, maple syrup and mitmitta spice. Be sure to mix well so all the nuts are covered in the maple syrup and spice.
Pour the Nuts onto a greased sheet pan and place in a preheated oven at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Check on the nuts at the ten minute mark and flip the mixture.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy with cheese or fresh fruits.
