Taco meat (leftovers from taco dinner – or make your own with ground beef or ground turkey)

Diced tomatoes

Shredded cheese

Nacho chips / taco shells
Directions
- Warm your taco meat from the night before then add to a reusable container. Add the shredded cheese immediately so it starts to melt into the meat. Top with diced tomatoes and add top with nacho chips and broken taco shells. Seal and pack in your bag.
