The gin salty dog

  • 74 milliliters of your favourite gin
  • 177 milliliters freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
  • Salt, for garnish
  • Grapefruit twist for garnish (optional)
  • Rosemary sprig for garnish (optional)


  1. In a large mixing glass filled with ice, add the gin and the grapefruit juice. Stir to combine.
  2. Salt the rim of your glasses, add ice and pour the cocktail in.
  3. Serve immediately with a grapefruit twist and sprig of rosemary. Enjoy!
