Ingredients

  • Tomato sauce
  • 2 cups of cooked chickpeas
  • 2 cups of cooked pasta – wholewheat, lentil- or quinoa-based

Directions

  1. Add two cups of cooked chickpeas and two cups of your favourite cooked pasta – wholewheat, lentil- or quinoa-based pasta to the tomato sauce to create a family-friendly and heart healthy dinner recipe.
