Ingredients
1 cup, Roma tomatoes (4-5pc), minced, no guts
1/2 tablespoon Calabrian chilli from jar, minced
1.5 tablespoons shallot, minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper, crushed
1 pinch granulated sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
Parmesan chips, to serve
Directions
In a small mixing bowl, combine minced Roma tomatoes, Calabrian chilli, shallots, kosher salt, black pepper, granulated sugar and olive oil and mix thoroughly.
