Honeycomb and blue cheese

You can have this at the end of your meal, as it's a naturally sweet dish, but the salty blue cheese gives the whole dish flavour and pop.

Ingredients
- 1 pack flatbread
- 100g fresh honeycomb
- 1 pear, thinly sliced
- 1 small wedge of sharp Castello blue cheese
- 40g good quality dark chocolate
Directions
- On the bottom of a plate, place four pieces of flatbread.
- Add a few dollops of the honeycomb on top of the flatbread.
- Gently place pear slices so they touch the honeycomb but do not completely cover it. You want everything to be visible here.
- Crumble blue cheese rustically and scatter on top of all other ingredients.
- Lastly, grate dark chocolate to cover the whole plate and on top of other ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
