Truffle oil
Ingredients
- 1 black truffle
- 1 cup grapeseed oil
Directions
- Shave black truffle into a jar using a knife or truffle shaver.
- In a small pot, heat oil to 130 F (60 C).
- Pour warmed oil into jar of shaved truffle and place lid on the jar.
- Let infuse for two days in a cool, dark environment.
