Truffle oil

YIELDS
1 CUP

Ingredients

  • 1 black truffle
  • 1 cup grapeseed oil

Directions

  1. Shave black truffle into a jar using a knife or truffle shaver.
  2. In a small pot, heat oil to 130 F (60 C).
  3. Pour warmed oil into jar of shaved truffle and place lid on the jar.
  4. Let infuse for two days in a cool, dark environment.
