Turkey cran-brie pita pizzas
Ingredients
- 6 slices oven-roasted turkey breast
- 2 small whole wheat pitas
- 115 to 170 grams Brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Directions
- Preheat the oven or toaster oven 375F
- Arrange three slices of the turkey on each pita and then top evenly with the Brie, cranberry sauce, and thyme.
- Arrange the pitas on a baking sheet and bake for eight to ten minutes, until the brie has melted completely and the pizzas are heated through.
- Enjoy immediately.
