Turkey cran-brie pita pizzas


  • 6 slices oven-roasted turkey breast
  • 2 small whole wheat pitas
  • 115 to 170 grams Brie cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves


  1. Preheat the oven or toaster oven 375F
  2. Arrange three slices of the turkey on each pita and then top evenly with the Brie, cranberry sauce, and thyme.
  3. Arrange the pitas on a baking sheet and bake for eight to ten minutes, until the brie has melted completely and the pizzas are heated through.
  4. Enjoy immediately.
