Beet juice cocktail
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces gin
- 1 ounce beet and apple cold press juice
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- ⅓ ounce freshly squeezed lemon
- 3 basil leaves (1 for garnish)
- 1 egg white
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (do not shake with ice) - shake for approximately 30 seconds.
- Add ice to your shaker and continue to shake for an additional 30 seconds until the shaker is too cold to hold.
- Strain into coupe glass and garnish with basil.
Note: Simple syrup recipe uses 1 part water to 1 part sugar
