Beet juice cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce beet and apple cold press juice
  • ½ ounce simple syrup
  • ⅓ ounce freshly squeezed lemon
  • 3 basil leaves (1 for garnish)
  • 1 egg white

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (do not shake with ice) - shake for approximately 30 seconds.
  2. Add ice to your shaker and continue to shake for an additional 30 seconds until the shaker is too cold to hold.
  3. Strain into coupe glass and garnish with basil.

Note: Simple syrup recipe uses 1 part water to 1 part sugar
