Unbaked choc chews

Ingredients
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
Directions
- Prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a saucepan combine sugar, butter, milk and vanilla and bring to a boil.
- Add oatmeal, cocoa powder and shredded coconut and mix well.
- Using a spoon, drop one tablespoon of the mixture to create little balls on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow to cool and serve. Enjoy!
