Ingredients
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup coconut, shredded
Directions
Prepare a parchment-lined baking sheet.
In a saucepan combine sugar, butter, milk and vanilla and bring to a boil.
Add oatmeal, cocoa powder and shredded coconut and mix well.
Using a spoon, drop one tablespoon of the mixture to create little balls on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Allow to cool and serve.
