Vegan PB banana chocolate nice cream

  • 4 frozen bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • Pinch salt
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon maple syrup, if desired
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup roasted chopped peanuts
  • Additional chocolate chips and peanuts for topping


  1. Place the frozen bananas in a food processor and pulse until fairly broken down. Add the peanut butter, salt and optional sweetener and process just until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips and peanuts. Serve immediately, or top with additional chocolate and peanuts, if desired.
