Warmed olives with garlic and chilli

Transform a container of mixed olives into a special appetizer with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients
- 2 cups green olives (in oil)
- 1-2 red chilli peppers (such as birds-eye), thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat, combine olives (along with half a cup of oil from a jar), sliced chilli peppers and garlic.
- TIP: If using olives in brine, strain, dry olives and add half a cup of extra virgin olive oil.
- Cook, stirring until warmed through, about four to five minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
