A Moscow mule with a twist - Jason Skrobar shows us what happens when you mix everyone’s favourite summer fruit with a classic cocktail!

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces white tequila
  • 1/2 cup watermelon juice
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 4 ounces ginger beer

Directions

  1. Combine tequila, watermelon juice and lime juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wedges and mint.
