Strawberry frozen margarita
Celebrate sun, decks and everything summer with this bright red, icy margarita perfect for any fiesta. It’s perfect paired with my taco spread.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup ice (175 milliliters)
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1/3 cup hulled strawberries (80 milliliters)
- 1 teaspoon honey (5 milliliters) or 2 teaspoons simple syrup (5 milliliters)
- 1 ounces tequila (25 milliliters)
- ½ ounces triple sec liqueur (15 milliliters)
- Lime wedges, strawberries and kosher salt for garnish
Directions
- Pulse ice cubes in blender until crushed . Add fresh lime juice, strawberries and honey and blend until crushed. Add the tequila and triple sec and blend on high until slushy.
- Run a lime wedge along glass edge and dip in salt, if desired.
- Immediately pour in frozen margarita and garnish with lime wedge and strawberries.
