Ingredients

2 cups of cooked wild rice

1-1/2 cups of 35% cream

1/2 cup of maple syrup

Pinch of cinnamon

1 cup of blueberries

1 cup of pumpkin seeds roasted and salted

1/2 cup of sundried cranberries
Directions
- Heat cream with syrup and cinnamon.
- Add in rice and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Top with blueberries, cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
