Wild rice pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked wild rice
- 1-1/2 cups of 35% cream
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- Pinch of cinnamon
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of pumpkin seeds roasted and salted
- 1/2 cup of sundried cranberries
Directions
- Heat cream with syrup and cinnamon.
- Add in rice and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Top with blueberries, cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
