1 heaping teaspoon Vegetta or other stock-like seasoning
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp diced red onion
½ of a roasted red pepper, sliced into small pieces
2 tsp capers
4 tbsp corn
½ tsp oregano leaves
1-2 cooked sausages, sliced
1 cup baby spinach
600 ml tomato sauce
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup of water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Rinse rice in cold water and add it into a large oven-proof dish.
Mix in the Vegetta, cherry tomatoes, red onion, roasted red pepper, capers, corn, oregano leaves, cooked sausage, baby spinach, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese, and water.
