My happy granny cocktail

Inspired by cocktail expert, Steven Tseng's grandparents, this tea becomes a “dessert” to digest all the greasy food.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz tea infusion rum
  • 0.75 oz cherry liqueur
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice

Directions

  1. Add two oz tea infusion rum to a glass or tea mug. 
  2. Add 0.75 oz cherry liqueur. 
  3. Add 0.5 oz honey syrup. 
  4. Add 0.5 oz lemon juice
  5. Garnish in the glass with plum and serve like tea. Enjoy!
