Unwind with this Irish-inspired whiskey cocktail.

Ingredients

  • Scotch, for rinsing glass
  • 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
  • 1/2 oz Galliano
  • 1 oz kvas ginger wildflower simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz lime juice

Directions

  1. Rinse a rocks glass with scotch. 
  2. Add a large cube of ice along with whiskey, Galliano, ginger wildflower simple syrup, and lime juice. 
  3. Stir until chilled and garnish with shaved ginger. Enjoy!
