Rhubarb and elderflower vodka fizz
Take fresh summer produce and add it to a unique and colourful cocktail.

Ingredients
- 1.5 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz rhubarb and elderflower simple syrup
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- Sparkling water, top off each glass
- Ice
- 1-2 pieces rhubarb, peeled into long strips
Directions
- Add vodka, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a glass.
- Top off the glass with sparkling water, ice, and rhubarb strips. Serve and enjoy!
