Rhubarb and elderflower vodka fizz

Take fresh summer produce and add it to a unique and colourful cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz vodka
  • 1/2 oz rhubarb and elderflower simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz lemon juice
  • Sparkling water, top off each glass
  • Ice
  • 1-2 pieces rhubarb, peeled into long strips

Directions

  1. Add vodka, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a glass. 
  2. Top off the glass with sparkling water, ice, and rhubarb strips. Serve and enjoy!
