Ingredients
3 cups coconut milk (full-fat for richer flavour)
1/2 cup to 1 cup white chocolate, chips or chunks
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped cream, for topping
Toasted coconut flakes, for garnish
Directions
Heat the coconut milk over medium heat in a medium-sized saucepan until it's just about to simmer (do not bring it to a boil). Reduce heat to low, then consistently add the white chocolate pieces to the coconut milk until completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
Remove the saucepan from the heat, stir in the vanilla extract, and pour it equally into two mugs. Top with a generous serving of whipped cream and garnish with toasted coconut flakes. Enjoy!
