An elevated drink experience made with steeped unsweetened nut tea, tonic water, more of the verjus from earlier, simple syrup, and clementine juice.

Ingredients
1.25 cups clementine juice (from approximately 7-8 clementines)
2 cups steeped, unsweetened nut tea (room temp or chilled)
0.5 cup Verjus (or substitute 1/3 cup lemon juice)
0.25 cup simple syrup
1 bottle tonic water
Sprigs of rosemary, star anise, nutmeg and cinnamon sticks for punch bowl
2 clementines, for garnish
Directions
In your punch bowl, add your large ice cubes (or to elevate the experience, add clementines and rosemary to water in a large cake mould and freeze). Add in all your liquid ingredients and stir. Add in the spices, clementine wheels and rosemary to float. Enjoy!
TIP: For added holiday effect, add rosemary and spices to a large ice cure.
