Pineapple Rum Hot Toddy
Warm up with this tropical hot toddy made with pineapple juice, honey and dark rum.

Ingredients
- 2 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cups hot water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons honey, or as desired
- 4 ounces dark rum
- 1 cinnamon stick, for garnish
- Lemon wheel/twist or pineapple wedge, for garnish
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, water, and honey. Heat until it's just about to simmer (do not bring it to a boil).
- Remove from heat and stir rum and lemon juice, then pour equally into two mugs. Garnish with a pineapple wedge or a twist of lemon, if desired and enjoy!
