Tequila and citrus make for the perfect match in this sour cocktail.

Ingredients
1 oz clementine juice
1 oz lime juice
1 oz tequila blanco
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz honey syrup
1 oz pasteurized egg white
Ice
Thinly slice clementines for garnish (optional)
Directions
Add the clementine, lime, tequila, triple sec, honey syrup, and egg whites to a cocktail shaker. Give the ingredients a dry shake (without ice) for about 30 seconds until everything is well combined and frothy. Add lots of ice and continue to shake for another 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a clementine slice. Enjoy!
TIP: To make honey syrup, Mix a quarter cup of liquid honey with ¼ cup warm water and stir until the honey is dissolved.
