Ingredients
- Tinned trout, mussels, lobster
- Olives
- 2 1/2 ounces gin
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- 1/2 ounce olive brine

- Fill a skewer with pieces of tinned fish, olives and peppers and set aside for serving.
Martini
- Fill a mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour in the gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine.
- Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill the ingredients without over-diluting.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with your Gilda. Serve and enjoy!
