Wet gin martini with Gilda

A classic martini accompanied by a delectable skewer of olives, tinned fish, and peppers, blending flavours to perfection.

Ingredients

  • Tinned trout, mussels, lobster
  • Olives
  • 2 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce olive brine

Directions

Gilda

  1. Fill a skewer with pieces of tinned fish, olives and peppers and set aside for serving. 

Martini

  1. Fill a mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Pour in the gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine.
  3. Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds to chill the ingredients without over-diluting.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with your Gilda. Serve and enjoy!
