Ingredients
300 g mascarpone
100 g mayonnaise
Smoked trout or 1 tin dilled trout
1 lemon, zested and juiced
Salt, to taste
Olive oil, for garnish
Dill, to garnish
Directions
Blend mascarpone and mayonnaise in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
Fold in your smoked trout or dilled trout.
Add lemon zest and juice, and picked dill (the trout should have enough salt but adjust to your taste).
