Ingredients
- 300 g mascarpone
- 100 g mayonnaise
- Smoked trout or 1 tin dilled trout
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Olive oil, for garnish
- Dill, to garnish
Directions
- Blend mascarpone and mayonnaise in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Fold in your smoked trout or dilled trout.
- Add lemon zest and juice, and picked dill (the trout should have enough salt but adjust to your taste).
- Serve with potato chips, crackers or crusty bread. Enjoy!
