Ingredients

  • 12 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup your favourite hot sauce
  • 2 scallions, finely sliced
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 3/4 cup pecans, roasted and finely chopped
  • Crackers, pretzels, and vegetables, for serving

Directions

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the softened cream cheese, grated cheddar, hot sauce, scallions, Worcestershire, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and oregano and mix on medium until well combined.
  2. Place the chopped pecans on a plate. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula and form the mixture into a ball. Scoop out the cheese mixture, place it on top of the chopped pecans and use your hands to roll the cheese ball around to evenly coat it.
  3. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 4 days. Enjoy!
