Buffalo mussel dip with chips

Ingredients
- 300 g tinned or cooked frozen mussels
- 150 g of your favourite Buffalo hot sauce
- 150 g butter
- Crusty bread, chips or crackers, to serve
Directions
- Take a small pot and add your hot sauce and slowly bring to a simmer, emulsify your butter and add your mussels and simmer until heated through, approximately two to three minutes.
- Serve with crusty bread, chips or crackers. Enjoy!
