Shake off those pre-game jitters with these sweet milkshakes!

Ingredients

Classic Chocolate Indulgence Shake

  • 2 scoops of premium chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 cup of whole milk (or substitute with almond milk for a lighter version)
  • 1 tablespoon of high-quality cocoa powder
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Tropical Bliss Smoothie

  • 1 cup of frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of pineapple juice
  • A sprinkle of shredded coconut for garnish

Green Revitalizer Smoothie

  • 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 green apple, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup of cold green tea
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or agave (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Berry Antioxidant Shake

  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup of almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • Fresh berries for garnish

Peanut Butter Power Shake

  • 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 scoop of vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • Ice cubes

Directions

Classic Chocolate Indulgence Shake

  1. Blend the chocolate ice cream, milk, and cocoa powder until smooth.
  2. Pour into a chilled glass.
  3. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Enjoy!

Tropical Bliss Smoothie

  1. Combine the mango, banana, coconut milk, and pineapple juice in a blender.
  2. Blend until creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with shredded coconut. Enjoy!

Green Revitalizer Smoothie

  1. Place the spinach, apple, avocado, green tea, sweetener if using, and ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Enjoy! 

Berry Antioxidant Shake

  1. Add the blueberries, raspberries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and chia seeds to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with fresh berries. Enjoy! 

Peanut Butter Power Shake

  1. Combine the peanut butter, banana, protein powder, almond milk, and ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

TIP: Each recipe can be easily doubled or adjusted to meet the needs of your customers or the size of the serving you wish to offer.
