Ingredients
1 cup plant based milk
1/2 cup ice
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen peaches
2 tablespoons cashew butter
1 handfu baby spinach, washed
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons sauerkraut
Directions
Place milk, ice, frozen banana, frozen peaches, cashew butter, baby spinach, honey and sauerkraut in a blender and blend on high until ingredients are well emulsified.
Pour smoothie into two large cups and serve. Enjoy!
