Sauer power smoothie

If you are avoiding dairy, this is a great way to get probiotics in one of nature’s many gifts.



  • 1 cup plant based milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 2 tablespoons cashew butter
  • 1 handfu baby spinach, washed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons sauerkraut


  1. Place milk, ice, frozen banana, frozen peaches, cashew butter, baby spinach, honey and sauerkraut in a blender and blend on high until ingredients are well emulsified.
  2. Pour smoothie into two large cups and serve. Enjoy!
