Berry kale smoothie

This smoothie is a great way to start your day! It's filled with nutritious ingredients like chopped kale, banana, blueberries and greek yogurt. Add avocado or cauliflower to add nutrition and to make your smoothy super creamy. 



  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup chopped kale, packed
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 1//2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Handful of ice
  • Optional: avocado or cauliflower


  1. Blend almond milk, kale, banana, blueberries, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, ice and avocado/cauliflower (if using) together in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
