Ingredients
1 oz scotch
1/2 oz Spanish sweet vermouth
1/2 oz chestnut syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
Directions
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients but the chestnut.
Add enough ice to cover the liquid in the shaker, plus a bit more.
Cover and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.
Strain through a Hawthorne strainer into a 12-oz rocks glass over fresh ice.
