Black Cat Alley Cocktail
Black Cat Alley is a perfect little sipper commemorating local Hong Kong street food stall ingredients like toasted, smoky, sugared chestnuts and ginger custards.

Ingredients
- 1 oz scotch
- 1/2 oz Spanish sweet vermouth
- 1/2 oz chestnut syrup
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients but the chestnut.
- Add enough ice to cover the liquid in the shaker, plus a bit more.
- Cover and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Strain through a Hawthorne strainer into a 12-oz rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with the roasted chestnut. Enjoy!
