Agave mango margarita

  • 2 ounces mango infused tequila
  • 3/4 ounce agave syrup
  • 1-1/2 ounces lime juice
  • Himilayan sea salt
  • Mango garnish


  1. Chop up mango into small chunks.
  2. Fill approximately one third of a large sterilized mason jar with mango fruit.
  3. Pour tequila blanco into the jar until full and seal air tight.
  4. Allow tequila to steep for three days, rotating bottle daily, before use. 
  5. Fill shaker with ice. 
  6. Add two ounces of mango infused tequila, 3/4 ounce of agave syrup, and 1-1/2 ounces of lime juice.
  7. Shake for 12 to 15 seconds.
  8. Rim rocks glass with himalayan sea salt and fill glass with fresh ice cubes.
  9. Pour cocktail and float thin-sliced lime to garnish.
