Asian-inspired wonton salad cups

A great recipe for a light snack as well as a fun party appetizer!



  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup sesame ginger vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Arrange the wonton wrappers in a 12-cup muffin tin, pressing them to create a small cup shape. Bake until golden and crispy, about six minutes. Allow them to cool completely before removing them from the muffin tin.
  3. Just before serving, in a large bowl, toss the coleslaw mix with the slivered almonds, green onion, and the sesame ginger vinaigrette.
  4. Fill each wonton cup with salad and top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
