Bacon cheddar ranch pinwheels

Please be warned that these little bites are highly addictive! These are such a flavour bomb, your guests will be blown away.

Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 2 sheets puff pastry dough
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, ranch seasoning mix, and chives. Using a hand mixer, beat the ingredients until they are well combined.
- Lay a sheet of puff pastry onto a floured surface. Spread half of the mixture on the puff pastry, leaving a one-inch border on one end. Gently roll the dough to create a log shape. Using a sharp, serrated knife, cut the log into half-inch discs. Arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough and cream cheese mixture.
- Brush the top of each pinwheel with the egg and then bake until golden brown, about 18 minutes. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
