Bajan rum punch

Get transported to Barbados with one sip of this delicious tropical cocktail! Made with amber rum, orange juice, simple syrup and lime juice, you'll love every minute of drinking with Bajan rum punch. 



Simple Syrup

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Bajan Rum Punch

  • 1 1/2 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum (amber rum)
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 2 oz water
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Lime and orange wedges, to garnish


Simple Syrup 

  1. Place half a cup of sugar and half a of cup water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer until all sugar is dissolved (about two to three minutes). 
  2. Cool before using.

Bajan Rum Punch 

  1. In a tall glass, mix Mount Gay Eclipse Rum, simple syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice, orange juice, water and Angostura Bitters over crushed ice and stir.
  2. Top with grated nutmeg with orange and lime wedges for garnish. Enjoy!
