Spicy mango margarita

This tropical cocktail delivers just the right about of sweetness and spice! Made with Triple Sec, mango, chilli powder and tequila, this spicy mango margarita will make you feel like your on a beach, without leaving your living room! 



  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon tagin or chilli powder
  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1/2 oz Triple Sec or Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3-4 oz mango juice
  • 1/4 cup mango puree (tip: use mango baby food)
  • 2 thin slices of jalapeño pepper and lime slice, to garnish


  1. Place salt and tagin/chilli powder on a small plate
  2. Use a lime slice to moisten the rim of a rock glass.  Dip the glass rim in the salt mixture to coat the rim.
  3. Add tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, mango juice, and mango to a cocktail shaker with ice. 
  4. Shake well, pour into rimmed glass and garnish with jalapeño peppers and lime slices. Enjoy!
