Ingredients
10 cups of water
2/3 cup honey
2 cups mixed berries, I like blueberries, strawberries and raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 ½ cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
GARNISH
1 large lemon cut into slices
1 cup of strawberries halved
8-10 fresh basil leaves
2 cups of ice cubes
Directions
In a small pot combine one cup of water and the honey. Warm together until the honey has dissolved. Set aside and cool to room temperature.
In a blender purée the berries. Add in the lemon juice and the water and honey mixture. Then pass the whole mixture through a fine strainer.
In a large jar, place the lemons, strawberries, basil leaves and ice cubes. Pour the strained mixture over top, serve cold and enjoy!
