6 whole (unpeeled garlic bulbs)

Rice cooker with a ‘warm’ or ‘hold’ setting
Directions
- Remove any dirt from the garlic bulbs by scrubbing the bulbs gently with the rough side of a clean, unused dry sponge.
- Set your rice cooker to warm (not low).
- Place garlic bulbs into the cooker, do not overcrowd.
- Keep garlic in the rice cooker for a minimum of two weeks or until the cloves are soft and black.
- Check the rice cooker occasionally to make sure that it has not switched off.
- Store the finished bulbs whole in an airtight container for up to three months.
