1 cup (240 milliliters) chilled heavy cream

1 teaspoon (5 milliliters) lime juice

6 store-bought meringue nests

480 milliliters blueberries

Lime zest, to garnish
Directions
- Add heavy cream to a mixing bowl and whip until soft peaks form. Add lime juice and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Crush the meringue nests and fold into whipped cream. Layer whipped cream mixture and blueberries in glasses.
- Garnish with lime zest.
