A torched punch that is packed with rosemary flavour!
1/4 cup of fresh strawberries (1/2 for garnish)
2 sprig rosemary (1 for garnish)
3oz pomegranate juice
1 teaspoon cane sugar
Top with peach soda or non alcoholic pink sparkling water
Skewer berries on a rosemary skewer and sprinkle with sugar, set on the grill and use a torch to ‘char’ the top of the berries and rosemary to release aromatics. Let cool for a few minutes.
In a shaker tin, muddle grilled berries and add pomegranate juice. And a squeeze of lime juice (if necessary) Add ice and shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds. Strain into a spritz/wine glass filled with ice and too with peach soda or non-alcoholic pink sparkling water.
