This is your classic lemonade but spruced up with some grilled lemons, freshly charred and providing some smokey and caramelized flavours.
Ingredients
10oz black tea
4oz juice from grilled lemon
3oz honey
Directions
In a large jug (about 30 ounces), add steeped black tea, and honey and give it a stir to dilute.
Cut lemons in four, then put them on the grill and make sure it has a nice char. Squeeze and measure out four ounces of lemon juice (about three to four lemons).
Add full of ice and stir to dilute. Serve in small punch cups and garnish with grilled sliced lemons. Enjoy!
