Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups strawberries fresh, washed, hulled
- 1 cup Greek yogurt unsweetened
- 1-1/2 tablespoon erythritol or any sweetener of your choice
- 3/4 cup water chilled
Directions
- Add strawberries, yogurt, sweetener and water to a blender. Blend until creamy.
- Pour strawberry lasssi into glasses and add ice (optional). Best served chilled.
