  • 2-1/2 cups strawberries fresh, washed, hulled
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt unsweetened
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon erythritol or any sweetener of your choice
  • 3/4 cup water chilled


  1. Add strawberries, yogurt, sweetener and water to a blender. Blend until creamy.
  2. Pour strawberry lasssi into glasses and add ice (optional). Best served chilled.
