Green juice recipe with celery

Looking for a nutritional boost to start your morning? This powerhouse green juice recipe combines kale, cucumbers, celery, ginger, and apples to give you a quick antioxidant boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber large, washed
  • 2 leaves kale large, with stalk, washed
  • 1/2 inch ginger fresh, washed, skin on
  • 1/4 lime washed, skin on
  • 2 apples ambrosia, washed, seeds and stem removed, skin on
  • 8 stalks celery washed, leaves removed, ends trimmed
  • 5 ice cubes large

Directions

  1. Wash and prep the ingredients according to your juicer's instructions.
  2. Juice in the order listed.
  3. Add ice, pour into glasses and drink immediately. Best served chilled.
