A childhood favourite taken to the next level! This French toast is made with your classic sliced cheese, your favourite jam and toasted to perfection thanks to the butter.

Ingredients
1 slice of white bread
1 slice of processed cheese
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon strawberry jam
Directions
Slice bread lengthwise in half.
Slice cheese in half.
Crack two eggs into a bowl and whisk vigorously.
Pinch some salt into the beaten eggs.
Melt butter in the skillet, low heat.
Pour eggs into the skillet.
Immediately dip both half slices of bread into the egg. Turn over and dip the bread on the other side. Leave in the skillet.
When the bottom of the egg is done, flip the egg with the bread slices over.
Turn over egg flaps on all four sides of the bread slices. It should end up looking like a proper square.
