Garlic and cheese oven fries

Dynamite homemade fries with crispy baked outsides and soft mashed potato-like insides.

Ingredients
- 6 large potatoes, skin on washed thoroughly
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 tseaspoon chilli powder
- 2 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- ¾ cup Parmigianno Reggiano, grated
- 3 tablespoons parlsey, finely chopped
- ½ cup olive oil
Directions
- Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cut the potatoes in half and then in five long strips.
- In a bowl toss the potatoes with garlic powder, chilli powder, salt, pepper, parmigiano reggiano, parsley and olive oil.
- Place on a baking sheet and put into the oven. Cook for 25 minutes then flip the potatoes and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until crispy and fork tender.
