Ingredients
6 large potatoes, skin on washed thoroughly
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tseaspoon chilli powder
2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
¾ cup Parmigianno Reggiano, grated
3 tablespoons parlsey, finely chopped
½ cup olive oil
Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cut the potatoes in half and then in five long strips.
In a bowl toss the potatoes with garlic powder, chilli powder, salt, pepper, parmigiano reggiano, parsley and olive oil.
Place on a baking sheet and put into the oven. Cook for 25 minutes then flip the potatoes and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until crispy and fork tender.
