Ingredients
Biscuits:

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup milk

2/3 cup melted butter
-
1 tablespoon hot sauce

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
For breakfast sandwiches:

6 slices peameal bacon, grilled

6 eggs, sunny side up

6 slices Swiss cheese
Directions
- Mix all of the dry ingredients in a bowl, then add the milk, butter, and hot sauce. Mix well, then add the cheese and parsley.
- Place 1/2 cup of the batter on parchment paper for each biscuit, and bake at 450°F for 18 to 20 minutes.
- To make breakfast sandwiches, cut each biscuit in half and assemble with one slice each of bacon, egg and Swiss cheese.
